Privacy Policy

Backstage is an internal business application published by Pravaha Infinity Private Limited (trading as Growth System), Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. It is used only by our own employees and the customers we serve. It is not offered to the general public and collects nothing from anyone who is not a staff member or a customer with an account we created.

• Account details — name, work email, phone number, role. Used to sign you in and show you the parts of the app your role allows.
• Location — read only when you tap Check In or Check Out on the Attendance screen, to confirm you are at your office branch. Location is not tracked in the background and is not read at any other time.
• Camera / photos — used only when you choose to take an attendance selfie or attach a photo to a request or ticket.
• Work data you enter — leads, calls, demos, tickets, timesheets, requests, chat messages and notices. This is the business record of your work and belongs to the company.
• Call outcomes — when you use auto-dial, the app opens your phone's dialer; the call itself happens on your phone. We record only the outcome you choose afterwards, never the audio.
• Push notification token — so the app can notify you about attendance, chat, notices and approvals. Removed when you sign out.
• Language preference and device type — to show the app in your language and diagnose problems.

• We do not sell, rent or share personal data with advertisers. The app has no advertising and no third-party analytics SDKs.
• We do not read your contacts, messages, call logs or files.
• We do not track location in the background.

Your data is visible to you, your reporting manager, HR and the company's management, according to your role. Customer-facing information (a lead's name and phone, a ticket) is visible to the staff handling it. Data is processed by service providers we use to run the app — cloud hosting (OVHcloud, servers in Europe/Canada), email delivery, and Expo push notifications — each only for that purpose.

Data travels over HTTPS and is stored in an access-controlled database with daily backups. Your account is disabled when you leave the company; work records are kept as part of the company's business records as required by Indian law and are otherwise deleted or anonymised. Attendance selfies are retained for the current financial year.

• You can decline the location and camera permissions; attendance check-in then falls back to manual marking by HR.
• You can turn off notifications in your phone's settings.
• You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by writing to us at the address below. Requests are answered within 30 days.

The app is for employees and business customers only and is not directed at anyone under 18.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top and tell the team on the app's notice board.
